Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time, excluding major U.S. holidays.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require 3–7 business days; any extended processing time will be noted on the product page and at checkout.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including tracking information when available.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • Domestic (United States):

    • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Types

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on selected service, total weight, and destination.

  • We occasionally offer promotional free shipping for qualifying orders. Any free-shipping promotion will be applied at checkout and subject to eligibility requirements stated at the time of the promotion.

Packaging & Care

  • Jewelry is packaged securely to protect real shark tooth fossils and 3D printed pieces during transit. Gift packaging is available as an option at checkout when offered.

  • Fragile items and specialty orders receive extra protection; if you have special handling instructions, please include them in the order notes and we will accommodate when possible.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please enter the shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will update it; if it has already shipped, you may be responsible
